What type of payments are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Comdata, T-Check, EFS, Cash, Check, Terms for approved accounts.

Are you insured?

We are fully insured. Certificates of insurance available upon request.

Can you tow our vehicle?

We work with several towing companies.

How do you charge for road service?

We charge by the hour, from when we leave our shop until we return. No mileage charge.

Can you send me pictures of damages?

Yes, pictures are available upon request.

Can I convert my spring ride suspension to an air ride?

Yes, we have air suspensions in stock, and can also provide new suspensions.

Do you have a minimum charge?

No, we do not.

Do you rebuild or refurbish trailers?

Yes, we will customize a refurbish program to your needs.

Can I wait when my vehicle is being repaired.

Yes, we have a waiting room with television. Contact us to schedule your repair.

What time do you close?

We are open six days a week from 7am till 5:30pm on Monday through Friday, and from 7am till 12pm on Saturday.

What expressway are you nearest to?

We are located less than 1 mile north of I-55, between 1st Ave (IL Route 171) and Harlem Ave (IL Route 43). Get directions to our shop.

Do you work with insurance companies?

We work with insurance all the time. We will agree to the repair price given by your insurance company.
